About
Samuel has a M.Sc. in Molecular Biotechnology Engineering from Uppsala University. After his M.Sc. Samuel has been working in various roles in systems development and administration at
UPPMAX high performance computing centre at Uppsala University and the
National Bioinformatics Infrastructure Sweden (NBIS). Samuel is now pursuing his PhD with a focus on automating computations through scientific workflows and on integrating that with semantic systems for data integration, querying and reasoning.
